Leela and Ellie kick off a cross-country tour with their first hometown concert since December of 2004! Join them for a fun, authentic evening of music, dance and hilarity. Sunday. Warrenville, Illinois (Chicago area). Mother's Day Concert sponsored by the Fox Valley Folklore Society. Saturday. Falls Church, VA (D.C. area). Folklore Society of Greater Washington Monthly Concert. 8 p.m. at Knox Presbyterian Church of Falls Church, located just inside I-495 (Capitol Beltway) in Virginia. Sunday. Cuivre River State Park Near Troy, Missouri. Kimmswick Dance and Music Festival. With the Gray Squirrels (Leela and Ellie with fiddler Geoff Seitz and guitarist Jim Nelson). In the afternoon, Leela will present a banjo workshop and Ellie will present a clogging workshop. Then the Gray Squirrels will provide kickin' old-time tunes for the contra dance from 9 p.m.-midnight.
